Game Day Talk, Week 3
It's game day! The action so far has been great. Tom O'Brien has NC State off to a great start (3-0) with their win Thursday night. Nevada made a statement by crushing Cal, and who knows what to think of So. Miss. victory over Kansas. The Jayhawks are still struggling to find an identity this year. Anyways, we are sure to see many other things today worthy of comment. Look forward to your feedback.

It's still early in the game, but it looks like Georgia and Arkansas are going to have a good battle. All tied up at 7's.
ReplyDeleteHow about the Arkansas punter? Fumbles the snap so then he runs it for the first down! Nice.
ReplyDeleteUPSET ALERT: Massachusetts is up on Michigan, and has the ball.
ReplyDeleteUMass? U Must be kidding me. Time for Robinson to take over.
ReplyDeleteOklahoma were you taking notes? Georgia Tech just used over 10 minutes and kicked a field goal to end the half. How many people on the North Carolina side thought they wouldn't get the ball back before half time when they gave the ball to GT with over ten minutes to go in the half?
The Sooners play another option team (Air Force) today. You have to make every possession count against those teams.
Michigan scored to close the half, seems to have taken control in the 3rd quarter. They now have a comfortable lead, 35-17.
ReplyDeleteEast Carolina takes the lead on VT just before the half. Is VT gonna have a 3-0 start?
ReplyDeleteVT now up 8 on ECU with one quarter to go.
ReplyDeleteNebraska is beating up on Washington early. People are calling this the "guaranteed" upset of the week. Not looking that way.
How about Temple? Beating up on a Big East team. Does the Big East want the Owls back?
